In this role, Sarah Hambidge coordinated with subcontractors and clients to deliver a new well, electrical installations, concrete work, fencing, and radio communication systems for the city.

In February 2019, Sarah Hambidge joined Pioneer Wireline Energy as a Field Engineer in Training and CDL Operator, where she further developed her engineering expertise. She performed wireline services on oil and gas wells under the guidance of a field service engineer, ensuring safe operations at job sites. Her role involved tackling challenges in cased downhole applications, wireline mechanical services, and maintaining tools and equipment. In January 2023, Sarah Hambidge took on the role of Field Engineer at Magnum Services in Williston, ND. She has led Supervisor I and II training courses in this position, creating tailored training materials such as PowerPoints and case studies to enhance learning opportunities for her colleagues across the US. She has also excelled in conducting Occurrence Investigations, leveraging her technical writing skills to produce detailed internal and external reports.
